   People Literacy . . .
. . . own your style . . . live your truth

A workshop using the DiSC Personality Profile (Online Version,) along with individual and group activities to help participants learn about their own behavioral style as well as the style of others.

Like our personalities, each of our styles is unique and different . . . just as with our thumbprint.   All of us have developed our own behavioral patterns . . . distinct ways of thinking, feeling and acting.  But few of us understand what our style is, or how it compliments or conflicts with others.

            As a Participant You Will:

Become comfortable with both your strengths and potential limitations
Understand internal motivators – why people do what they do
Turn each encounter into a “win-win” situation by -
“Seeking first to understand . . . and then to be understood.”
Understand how your DiSC Style becomes your “Energy Signature”

Who Should Attend:  Anyone who wishes to maintain or improve their interpersonal
relationships . . . at work, at home, or anywhere.

WHEN:  July 19, 2010

TIME:    6:00 – 8:30 p.m.

WHERE: Insights-Group   7187 Grand River      Brighton, MI
